You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use our Services. By using ChoiceIdentity, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

ChoiceIdentity offers comprehensive identity protection including SSN monitoring, 1-3 bureau credit monitoring and alerts, dark web scanning, global criminal and synthetic ID monitoring, change of address alerts, credit score tracking, and identity theft recovery support with insurance coverage.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before trial expiration. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Insurance coverage is provided by our licensed third-party partner, subject to policy limitations and exclusions. Coverage is available only to U.S. residents with eligible paid plans and may not be available in all states.

You agree not to use our Services for unlawful purposes, access unauthorized data, reverse engineer our platform, or misrepresent your identity. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

We employ bank-grade encryption and secure protocols to protect your sensitive information. However, no system is completely secure, and you acknowledge using our Services at your own risk while we maintain industry-standard security measures.

All disputes are governed by applicable state laws and resolved through binding arbitration. This agreement includes a waiver of class action rights and requires individual arbitration proceedings for any legal disputes.
